Special Needs
Early On
The first few years of a child's life are very important, but children grow and learn at different rates. If you have questions about how your child is developing, or if you think that your child might need extra help, call Early On. We help families get the help they need for their children. We believe that parents know what is best for their families. At Early On, we listen to you. You will find friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable people who will talk to you about your concerns. Sometimes, we will arrange a free evaluation. If the evaluation shows that your child needs help, we'll tell you how to get that help at little or no cost. Call Frances at 1-877-702-8600 Ext. 4663 to set up an appointment.

Birth through Two Special Education Program
Children in our program have been identified through a special education evaluation to have a significant developmental delay or physical impairment.
The goal of this program is to:
  • Offer services based on your child’s needs.  This may include working with an Early Childhood Teacher, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist and/or Teacher Consultants for the Visually or Hearing Impaired.
  • Provide services involving child and parent together in natural environments through both home visits and playgroups.
  • Help parents find “teachable” moments that occur every day and incorporate learning activities into daily routines.
